His area of specialization remains strategic talent acquisition and new business development. In his first entrepreneurial journey since 2017, he has built a specialized Executive Search Firm dedicated to the Industrial Sector, Paytyme Staffing is his next venture in the contractual staffing space, where Raktim would head Sales & Customer Success.

SCOPE OF SERVICES:

  • Co-ordinate with the background verification agency wherever required
  • Induction process which includes presentation of Paytyme Staffing, Issue contract staff appropriate appointment letters, Contract Letter, Filling of PF & ESIC Form, Insurance form and completion entire joining kit.
  • Compliance of minimum wages, PF, ESI, Leave, Bonus, Gratuity or any other statutory compliance under the provision of law, India
  • Obtain necessary licenses along with the customer, from competent authority for the purpose of rendering services under contract
  • Maintain complete leave and payroll records
  • Disburse salaries each month to contract employees
  • Submission of PF & ESIC Challans
  • Completion of Exit formalities of resigned and terminated associates
  • Take disciplinary action against employee and/or terminate services, if required
  • Assist in replacement of employees, as and when required
  • Provide Mediclaim & Personal Accident insurance, as required by client
  • Provision of Fidelity Insurance, as required by nature of business
